Meet Our Staff

Hospital chaplains, an integral part of the health care team, are available to provide round-the-clock spiritual support to patients, visitors, family members and staff.

Chaplains provide:

  • Objective crisis intervention
  • Spiritual support
  • Liaison services to ministers, rabbis or spiritual leaders on behalf of families
  • Leadership for support groups, grief counseling and workshops on a variety of related topics

In addition, our Chaplaincy Department provides clinical pastoral education and seminary field education programs through the Care and Counseling Center of Georgia, Candler School of Theology and Columbia Theological Seminary.
