We know that a hospital stay though necessary can sometimes be very stressful and often confusing for patients and their families. However, while you are a patient at our hospital, our dedicated team will make every effort to provide you with the highest quality care possible and ensure that your non-clinical needs are met.

If you have any medical questions or concerns; we encourage you to speak with your nurse or Unit Manager.

Concerns and Complaints

If you or your family members have questions or concerns about the care, treatment or services received, we want to know about it.

It is our policy to investigate and respond to all concerns in a timely manner; your feedback is valuable in helping Northside Hospital improve the quality of services that we provide to our patients. The Patient Representative will take a lead role in facilitating the internal review process with a focus on client relations, information sharing and conflict resolution.
