Glancy Rehabilitation Center - Outpatient Program

Glancy Rehabilitation Center offers outpatient rehabilitation services for individuals needing continued treatment after inpatient care, or for those whose conditions do not require the intensity of an inpatient program. 

Patients and families actively participate with other team members in therapy and education designed to promote increased independence and integration of adaptive techniques into everyday life. The team coordinates to keep pace with each patient's progress and adapts the treatment plan as the patient's needs change, providing individual attention during the treatment sessions.  Family training allows family members to receive hands-on instruction in helping the patient achieve his or her goals.

Our therapy team specializes in providing treatment to adults and adolescents with functional limitations resulting from a variety of conditions, including:

• Joint Replacement
• Multiple Sclerosis
