OB/GYN Clinic
The OB/GYN Clinic was established in 1996 by Gwinnett Medical Center to provide service to a community in great need. We are here to meet the needs of the uninsured and under-insured population. We offer total Obstetric , Gynecologic & Midwifery care to patients who have Medicaid and to patients who are uninsured. Uninsured patients who do not have Medicaid must meet the eligibility requirements of the clinic. The Clinic has seven physicians and nine midwives on staff. For more on our providers click here.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Closed noon - 1 p.m. for lunch
To be eligible for our services you must have the following....
- If you are on Medicaid, you must have a Medicaid Card.
- Proof of residency (utility bill, rent/lease agreement, mortgage statement etc.) is required.
- Valid picture ID - Georgia State ID or drivers license, passport etc.
- If you do not have Medicaid proof of income for two months is required.
