Neurology Department

The Gwinnett Medical Center Neurology Department provides a wide range of services and procedures. The procedures are performed on an inpatient or outpatient basis. The department also offers neurophysiological surgical monitoring at the surgeon's request.

Neurology procedures

1. Electroencephalograph (EEG):  Awake, Sleep Deprived, Ambulatory, Long Term Video monitoring
2. Somatosensory Evoked Potential (SSEP)
3. Visual Evoked Potential (VEP)
4. Brain Stem Auditory Response (BAER)
5. Nerve Conduction Velocity/Electromyography (NCV/EMG)
