S.T.A.R.S. - Standing Together Associates Reach Success
The heart of the matter is patient care. Our patients and their families come to Gwinnett Medical Center for healing that you help provide.
GMC Foundation has recently launched its associate giving program called STARS. STARS stands for Standing Together Associates Reach Success. STARS is another great opportunity associates of GMC come together, united and focused on the heart of the matter.
Currently GMC Associates has raised $430,000 toward Project PATH. Our most immediate financial need is the expansion of Cardiovascular Services. For more information about Open Heart in Gwinnett County go to www.openheartgwinnett.org.

New Screening Center Opens in Duluth
The Center for Screening Mammography at Gwinnett Medical Center - Duluth opened for patients on October 16, 2007. This facility was completely funded through generous contributions from many individuals and organizations.
It is anticipated that this Center will expand screening mammograms by 8,000 exams per year.
To schedule your exam, call 678-442-3444. Services offered include digital mammography and bone density exams (screens patients for osteoporosis).
