Doctors' Day
Honoring Skill & Commitment
March 30, 2008
The first Doctors' Day observance was held on March 30, 1933 by the Barrow County
Auxiliary in Winder, Georgia. On March 30, 1958, a resolution commemorating Doctors' Day was adopted by the United States House of Representatives, and in 1990 legislation was introduced in the House and Senate to establish a national Doctors' Day
Join us in Celebrating National Doctors' Day by making a generous tax-deduction gift to GMC Foundation in honor of one or more physicians who have touched your life in a special way.
Few things in life are more important than good health. We owe our doctors a debt of gratitude for making us well and keeping us well throughout the years.
