Gwinnett Medical Center is committed to integrity as the fundamental guiding principle for our employees and others who act on our behalf. The Code of Conduct has been developed to communicate the rules and policies applicable to the maintenance of this commitment. The Code of Conduct also explains our efforts to combat fraud, waste and abuse in the healthcare system; provides general information about the Federal False Claims Act; describes the remedies and fines for violations that can result from certain types of fraudulent activities; and summarizes protections for individuals who do the right thing and report concerns.
