Within the sports medicine program, we provide care for athletes of all ages from youth, high school, collegiate and professional to weekend warriors.
 

Common Injuries

Many sports injuries are the result of an improper warm-up and a lack of stretching.  To prevent sports injuries make sure you stretch before and after your work-out and pace yourself according to your skill and ability.  Listed below are some of the most common sports injuries.

1. Achilles tendonitis

3. Groin pain
4. Shin splints
5. Lower back pain
6. Pulled muscle
7. Tennis or golf elbow
8. Ankle sprain
