Common Injuries
Many sports injuries are the result of an improper warm-up and a lack of stretching. To prevent sports injuries make sure you stretch before and after your work-out and pace yourself according to your skill and ability. Listed below are some of the most common sports injuries.

Athletic Training Services
Gwinnett Medical Center provides certified athletic trainers (ATC) to Brookwood, Central Gwinnett, Duluth, Hebron Christian Academy, Norcross and Shiloh High Schools. In addition, each year we conduct a symposium to educate students about careers in athletic training and physical therapy.
