Concerns and Complaints
If you or your family members have questions or concerns about the care, treatment or services received, we want to know about it.
It is our policy to investigate and respond to all concerns in a timely manner; your feedback is valuable in helping Gwinnett Medical Center improve the quality of services that we provide to our patients. The Patient Representative will take a lead role in facilitating the internal review process with a focus on client relations, information sharing and conflict resolution.
