Our chaplaincy provides and coordinates quality spiritual care to promote patient care excellence, foster sensitivity to the diverse needs of Gwinnett Medical Center customers and integrate spiritual values and health decisions.
We believe that all persons are of worth and that being human has many expressions. Each expression deserves attention. And all health changes, big or small, impact the whole fabric of life.
About our Chaplaincy
The Gwinnett Medical Center Chaplaincy Department maintains four staff chaplains, four clinical pastoral education residents and shorter-term clinical pastoral education students. We offer spiritual services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In the stressful modern health care environment, we provide a listening ear, counsel and referral, bereavement support and memorial services for associates and families of associates.
