Gwinnett Medical Center Laboratories are NOT authorized to provide Outpatient Laboratory Services for the following insurance plans:

  • AETNA HMO/POS
  • BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD/BLUE CHOICE HMO/POS products
  • CIGNA HMO/POS/PPO
  • COVENTRY—GMC associates and their families are exempt
  • KAISER

STAT Labs may be exempt—Please contact your provider to verify coverage.
