We also offer advanced physical therapy options, orthopedic physical therapy and sports physical therapy services tailored to your physique, fitness level and desired goals.

Personal fitness training
We offer one-on-one personal training sessions designed to improve your current fitness level or help you with your inflammatory disease. You can also train with a friend with our "Buddy Fitness Program." Personal fitness training sessions are by appointment only.

Physiological assessment
A physiological assessment can evaluate your current level of fitness. The assessment tests your resting heart rate and blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage, grip strength and flexibility.

Running Clinic
Whether you’re a new runner or already have a marathon under your belt, our runners’ clinics can help you avoid a running injury and even reach a new personal record. Our Running Gait Analysis and Running Rehabilitation can get you back on pace. Learn more about the running clinic.

Transitional programs are geared toward helping post-rehab patients bridge the gap between therapeutic exercise and physical fitness. This type of personal training can help you regain or improve strength and function.
