Martina Tracy, PT
Gwinnett SportsRehab–Lawrenceville

Martina is a physical therapist and has a certification from the American Institute of Balance in Vestibular Rehabilitation. She graduated in 1983 from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She implemented the Vestibular Rehab Program at the Lawrenceville clinic, serving those with dizziness, vertigo and imbalance. Martina has a strong background in orthopedic and neurological rehab, as well as wound management. She practiced in Pennsylvania for 15 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings prior to coming to Gwinnett. Martina is a former competitive swimmer.  

Martina has worked with Gwinnett Medical Center since 1998, first in acute care and then with Gwinnett SportsRehab, where she has been since 2005.
