The journey after bariatric surgery is a life-long one. For many, the journey may include some "roadblocks" or "detours," and some may even become "lost." Falling off track, or relapsing is not an uncommon experience for anyone engaged in weight management. This two weekend series is designed to help you get "back on track" with your personal journey and weight-loss. We will take you back to basics and rebuild your skills. Classes will include focus on nutritional, fitness, and behavioral health aspects of weight management.

This class is only offered twice a year and is open to all CWM surgical patients! So register now!
-Cost per person for this workshop is $130 and will include two days of focused skill-building, one bag of meal replacement, and a portion control plate.
-A deposit of $70 is required to reserve your spot. Cash, check, or credit card is acceptable. The rest of the fee ($60) will be due the morning of the first class
-Come dressed and ready for physical activity!
