Stroke Rehabilitation

Glancy Rehabilitation Center offers an individualized stroke rehabilitation program that combines state-of-the-art therapies with compassionate care. This gives patients the chance to achieve their potential and regain quality of life.

Glancy Rehabilitation Center is the only facility in metro Atlanta to have earned accreditation as a Stroke Specialty Program. It has achieved the highest level of accreditation available from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Stroke Support Group
The Glancy Rehabilitation Stroke Support Group meets the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Center's gym.

Stroke Education Class
Join us to learn about stroke signs and symptoms, and ways to reduce the risk of stroke. Classes take place the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at Glancy Rehabilitation Center. The class is free, but registration is required.

Stroke Peer Visitor Program
Glancy Rehabilitation Center participates in the American Stroke Association Peer Visitor Program. Trained stroke survivors and caregivers visit with patients and family members to offer hope and support.
