Mission Statement
Our staff will make every effort to achieve the following goals.
- Determine the cause of your pain as best we can and explain it to you.
- Assess surgical options.
- Assess your levels of pain, depression, anxiety, fatigue and function (work, housework, hobbies, family relationships, friend relationships and community relationships).
- Discuss and decide on a treatment plan to address symptom management and increased function using medication, procedures, a home excercise program, physical therapy, psychological support and techniques, proper nutrition and exercise and alternative therapies.
- Discuss whether your condition will get completely better with treatment or if you will always have pain.
- Set goals for pain levels and function.
