The OB/GYN Clinic meets the needs of the uninsured and underinsured in Gwinnett County. We provide total obstetric, gynecologic and midwifery care to those in need. Our staff includes seven physicians and midwives, all dedicated to providing you with the very best care and most advanced technology.
If you are uninsured and do not have Medicaid, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. Those who are eligible for our services must have a three-month history of the following:
- Proof of residency (utility bill, rent/lease agreement, mortgage statement, etc.)
- Valid photo ID—Georgia state ID or driver’s license, passport, etc.
- A valid Medicaid card or proof of income
