The Gwinnett Medical Center Women's Pavilion is well-known by women throughout Atlanta and across the region. Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, the facility features homelike furnishings and warm decor in private birthing suites. The rooms are outfitted with the latest medical technology so that your experience can be both soothing and free from worry.
Here's what everyone's talking about:
- Our beautifully decorated labor and delivery suites feature Jacuzzi® tubs as well as the latest technology and equipment.
- Family participation is encouraged at Gwinnett Women's Pavilion. Your baby can stay in your room with you.
- There is even a special chair for Dad to spend the night in.
- All postpartum rooms are private. Family suites can be requested and are based on availability.
- A high-risk pregnancy unit provides specialized care, as well as emotional and physical support for moms who require long-term care during and after pregnancy.
- The Level III neonatal intensive care unit is staffed by neonatal specialists and a nursing staff experienced in caring for sick newborns and preemies in a developmentally friendly environment.

Change to the Visitation Policy
Due to the H1N1 Flu, we are temporarily restricting patient visitation. There will be no visitation allowed for any persons under the age of 18 years, including brothers and sisters of hospitalized family members. All other visitors are requested to not visit if they have a fever or cough. These measures are necessary to ensure the safety of our patients, visitors and associates.
