Our Services Include:
Our diabetes education program is nationally recognized by the American Diabetes Association. Whether you just found out you have diabetes or have had it for years, our diabetes education program is designed to help you learn how to take charge of your health.
Nutrition Education & Weight Management
Our registered dietitians provide sound nutrition advice to improve high cholesterol, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, pregnancy nutrition, overweight children, and much more. We can also help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight with one of our weight management programs. We offer metabolic rate testing.
