Our staff is a team of nurses and registered dietitians specially trained and certified in diabetes management. Diabetes Education
Offered for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Learn about nutrition, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, medications, living a full and healthy life, and more.
Pre-Diabetes Education
Before people develop type 2 diabetes, they almost always have "pre-diabetes". Learn the actions you can take to delay or prevent type 2 diabetes.
Insulin Pump Training
Designed for individuals moving to an insulin pump for their diabetes management, this class includes hands on instruction on pump technology. Participants are wearing and using their pumps by the time they leave.
Gestational Diabetes Class
A special class for expectant mothers diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Participants will leave with a personalized meal plan. Classes are held weekly at our Lawrenceville office. To register, call 678-312-4117.
